I got an amazing deal on a refurbished vacuum (because my Filter Queen broke down after only 5 years use ). I took it home and had some intermittent trouble with the wireing about a week later. I took the unit in and 2 days later they had replaced the wiring and installed a new power cable drum. All for free and no questions asked. Now that's what I call great service. These guys know their products, and quite frankly I think Filter Queen (crazily overpriced and expensive to upkeep) could learn a thing or two about reasonably priced products from Electrolux. The service that their dealer provide is outstanding and appreciated.
